Micronesia, Federated States of

The Federated States of Micronesia gained independence under a Compact of Free Association with the US in 1986. Formerly known as the Caroline Islands, they are located in the North Pacific Ocean, about three-quarters of the way from Hawaii to Indonesia. This category contains links to sites located in the FSM.
